Not just an ordinary life coach, Maslan acts as a strategist, helping to create a step-by-step plan to make her client’s new career or business a success. She works closely on all phases from conception, creative brainstorming, strategy, marketing, financial planning and structure. She has helped numerous individuals lead healthier and happier lives and establish fulfilling professional and personal relationships.

A self-made entrepreneur, Maslan grew up inspired by her father’s passion, entrepreneurial spirit and business success. He always told her that when a business opportunity presents itself to "just say yes," even if you’re not sure what you are doing, then, "figure it out later." This is advice that has driven Maslan throughout her life.

Maslan started her first business, Expressions by Ali, in college. A one-woman venture, Maslan wrote personalized poetry for special occasions and then began to mass market them as greeting cards. The business evolved and Maslan began accepting requests to design brochures and buy media.

By her late twenties, Maslan had parlayed her experience into building the Barali Group, a full-service advertising and public relations firm. Her client list included nationally known companies, such as Supercuts, Allstate Insurance, Merrill Lynch, Charlotte Russe and MCI. When her advertising business began to consume her life and livelihood, she moved on, becoming an accomplished real estate investor, managing several properties and coaching others to do the same. She also established and later sold Dive Pro San Diego, a scuba-diving certification program, as well as a thriving hair salon.

In 1995, homeopathy became a passion after this powerful form of natural medicine changed her life dramatically. She went on to study homeopathy and become an expert practitioner and president of the Homeopathic Wellness Center in Encinitas, Calif., where she practiced as a Nationally Certified Homeopath and Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner for 15 years. In 1999 she built the Homeopathic Academy of Southern California, still one of the most renowned homeopathic colleges in the country.

Currently, her book, "Blast Off! The Surefire Success Plan To Launch Your Dreams Into Reality," has hit No. 1 on Amazon in three categories in the U.S., Canada and U.K. and is a Morgan James Publishing bestseller. The "Blast Off!" book features Maslan's insight, strategies and techniques to break through limiting fears and beliefs. Along with the "Blast Off! Workbook," Maslan guides readers step-by-step to launch a completely new personal and professional path filled with freedom, satisfaction and independence.
